Terms of Use

L.E.G.U AI is a service operated by Gabriel Eustaquio Vieira ("L.E.G.U AI", "we"), a sole proprietor established in Brazil. By using the service, you enter into a contract directly with Gabriel Eustaquio Vieira. Continued use of the platform represents full acceptance of these Terms.

L.E.G.U AI is an automated chart image reading tool. It describes, organizes and interprets the data visible in the submitted image, producing structured text.

The reading is limited to what is visible in the image. The tool does not access external sources, does not consult real-time quotes and does not validate the accuracy of the data represented in the chart.

• It is not financial, investment, accounting, legal or medical advice.
• It does not issue recommendations to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• It does not make price predictions nor guarantee future results.
• It does not replace the evaluation of a qualified professional.

Access to the dashboard requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding your credentials. Accounts may be suspended in cases of abusive use, attempts to circumvent the credit system or submission of illegal content.

The service operates through monthly credit plans. Each successfully completed analysis consumes 1 credit. There are no free trials or unlimited plans. New accounts start with a balance of 0.

Monthly plans automatically renew each billing cycle until the user requests cancellation of the renewal. Cancellation stops future charges, respecting the rights provided under applicable law, including the right of withdrawal.

Credits are not debited when an analysis fails due to a technical error on the platform.

The processing of our orders is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle handles all order-related support requests and takes care of returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund conditions follow the Paddle Buyer Terms. Specific rules regarding credits and refunds are described in our Credits Policy.

The L.E.G.U AI platform, including software, interface, documentation, brand, name and other elements, is the exclusive property of Gabriel Eustaquio Vieira and remains protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service within your contracted plan.

Reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the service, and circumventing technical limits are prohibited. You retain ownership of the images you submit and grant us only the license necessary to process them and provide the service.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, AI provider outages and factors outside of our reasonable control may affect the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the images you upload. It is prohibited to submit illegal or offensive content, sensitive third-party data, or content protected by confidentiality without authorization.

The reading may contain inaccuracies, especially in images with low resolution, cropped, with overlapping elements or illegible labels. Any decision made based on the reading is the sole responsibility of the user.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our policies. Once access is terminated, data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the consumer's domicile forum elected to resolve any disputes.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated on the dashboard before taking effect.
